In summary, TECPC project will develop:
IO1 – Psychological profiles of Cyberbullying (perpetrators and cyberbullied victims) (Studies/analysis – Data collection / analysis)
Stage 1: Study on the national situation of cyberbullying – statistics; support strategies; issues faced and needs of the teachers in the new digital teaching era; selection of cases of cyberbullying; best practices actions; in each partner country.
Stage 2: Set up the Profile of the Victim – Aggressor of cyberbullying, on various online channels used by children.
Stage 3: Signs of cyberbullying per age category.
Stage 4: Review of the results with teachers and professionals in education and collection of feedback.

IO2 – Together Everyone Can Prevent Cyberbullying Handbook (Learning/teaching/training material – Manual/handbook/guidance material)
Stage 1: Set up of the structure and table of content of the Handbook
Stage 2: Distribution of the chapters of the Handbook among partners, based on their expertise.
The TECPC Handbook will be addressed for educators, in general; with focus on 3 approaches of cyberbullying: social impact, psychological-medical impact, IT safety rules; with specific actions for teachers, school counsellors, cyberbullying witnesses, parents.

Stage 4: Video tutorial for the Handbook
Stage 5: Translation of the Handbook in the partners’ languages (EN + 6 languages)

IO3 – Together Everyone Can Prevent Cyberbullying Online Course for educators (Open/online/digital education – E-learning course/ module)
Stage 1: Setting up the structure of the online course
Stage 2: Setting up the learning objectives of the online course
Stage 3: Development of the online course curricula – theoretical part + evaluation through quizzes
Stage 4: Development of the scenarios (famous cases, school situations collection, videos, drawings) with the approach solutions for different group categories – the practical part + evaluation through quizzes
Stage 5: Collection of examples of activities/lessons, involving cyberbullying, to be used at class
Stage 6: Pilot of the online course (phase 1 – C1 international training: 16 educators/trainers; phase 2 – national training: 105 teachers)

IO4 – Together Everyone Can Prevent Cyberbullying Mobile App (Learning/teaching/training material – Educational game for children and parents)
Stage 1: Setting up the structure of the 2 gamming sections (available on the project platform): one for children/students and one for parents.
Stage 2: Development of the contents for the section for parents: Scenarios (famous cases, school situations collection, videos, drawings) with approach solutions + examples of activities to be used at home with children + IT safety rules
Stage 3: Development of the contents for the section for children: quiz (choices) on victim-aggressor situations (possibility to change the roles – what do you do in that situation)
Stage 4: Pilot of the results with children (70 children) and parents (35 parents) in all project countries

Beside the intellectual outputs proposed by the project, the partnership will be involved in training and dissemination activities, providing results as following:
